Where are you located?
We are located inside of the ColsenKeane Leather Goods building at 1707 East 7th St. in the Elizabeth neighborhood. ColsenKeane is next to Hawthorne Pizza. There is free parking available in front, along the side, and behind the building.
When should I arrive for my appointment?
In order to ensure the best service experience possible, we kindly ask that you arrive 10 minutes before your appointment. Please see our Term of Service for more information.
What if I arrive late to my appointment?
We understand that unexpected events can and do occur. Please notify us at 858-997-8655. We will do our best to accommodate depending on the service to be performed. If you are more that 10 minutes late, you may need to reschedule. Please review our Terms of Service.
I have never practiced Yoga before. Can I join your class?
There are no restrictions to joining a class. The classes are designed for all levels of practitioners. Be sure to agree to all registration forms when booking for a class.
How do I use a Gift Certificate or Multi-Pass code?
You can redeem the code during the booking process by entering it in the "Package, gift, or coupon code" field at checkout.
Can I receive a refund or credit for a cancelled or missed Yoga class I registered for?
You can cancel a register class up to 2 hours before the class start time. If you used a Multi-Pass during registration, your class credit will be credited back to your Multi-Pass code. You will not be able to cancel after the cancellation window and the class will not be refunded or credited to your balance. Please see our Terms of Service for more details.
Do I need an account to book an appointment or register for a class?
Although we do not require you to sign up for an account in order to book an appointment or register for a class, we strongly recommend that customers create an account because it streamlines the booking process. See the things you can do with an account below.
