Accounts
We highly recommend customers to SIGN UP and LOGIN to complete a booking or to make purchases. This will allow you to better manage your appointments and enhance your overall booking experience. See our FAQ for more information on the benefits of signing up.
Gift Certificates
Gift certificates can only be redeemed for our esthetic service offerings and yoga classes. They cannot be used for purchasing packages, subscriptions, more gift certificates, or retail items available in the studio. Certificates cannot be used in combination with other promotions or discounts. If a certificate value is greater than the value of the service appointment or class, the remaining balance will remain on the certificate and can be used for future appointments. Gift certificates expire after 1 year from the time of purchase. When a gift certificate expires or the balance reaches zero, whichever occurs first, the certificate is no longer valid. Gift certificates are non-refundable. Partially used gift certificates cannot be exchanged for money.

Please take a look at our FAQ about the benefits of creating an account when booking. Although we do not require full payment at the time of booking, we do, however, require a credit card to be on file to hold the reservation.
Arrival
To ensure that we can provide the most timely and best service possible to all of our clients, we kindly ask that clients arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment. If you are arriving late, please notify us at 858-997-8655. We cannot guarantee service for late arrivals. We will try our best to accommodate, depending on the specific service being requested and subject to schedule availability. If you are arriving more than 10 minutes late and would like to cancel or reschedule, you may be subject to our Late Cancellation and No-Show policy.
Late Cancellation and No-Show
To ensure fair scheduling for all clients, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us at 858-997-8655 or hello@sanaremindandbody.com at least 24 hours before your scheduled time. If you have an account with us, you can also cancel by logging in and cancelling 24 hours in advance. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost. In the event of a no-show, the full service cost will be charged. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to our cancellation and no-show policy.
Media Consent
By booking a service, customer consents to Sanare Mindy and Body, LLC (hereinafter referred to as "Sanare") taking photographs or videos during service and treatment, and understands that these photographs or videos may be used for promotional or other purposes.
Liability Waiver and Release
Acknowledgement of Risks: Customer understands that skincare procedures inherently carry risks, and is choosing to voluntarily participate in the services provided by Sanare. Customer acknowledges and accepts the following risks including but not limited to, allergic reactions, skin irritation, redness, swelling, temporary discoloration, or infection.
Medical Conditions: Customer has informed the esthetician of any known allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions that may affect their ability to receive service. Customer is responsible for updating the esthetician of any changes in their physical or mental condition.
No Guarantees: Customer understands that the esthetician does not diagnose illness, disease, or any other physical or mental conditions. The esthetician makes no guarantees regarding the outcome of any service or treatment.
Release of Liability: Customer hereby releases, waives, discharges and covenants not to sue Sanare, its employees, representatives, volunteers, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or causes of action of any kind whatsoever that may arise out of or related to the services provided to customer, including, but not limited to, any personal injury, property damage, or loss that customer may sustain during service, whether such injury, damage, or loss is caused by the negligence of Sanare, its instructors, employees, representatives, volunteers, and agents, or otherwise.
Assumption of Risk: Customer understands that he or she is receiving skincare services and treatment voluntarily and freely at their own risk and that Sanare is not responsible for any injury, damage, or loss that customer may sustain during service or treatment.
Entire Agreement: This waiver constitutes the entire agreement between customer and Sanare regarding their participation in skincare services and treatments, and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written.
Governing Law: This waiver shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina.
Virtual Yoga Classes
Class Registration Cutoff
Clients can register for a class up to 6 hour before the start time of a class.
Payments
Payments are made in full when registering for Yoga classes and when purchasing Multi-Pass packages. Although you may use the a Multi-Pass or a Gift Certificates code towards the booking of a class, both codes cannot be used simultaneously. Only one code can be used per booking.
Cancellations
Registered classes can be cancelled up to 2 hours prior the scheduled time of the class.
Multi-Pass Packages
The codes for Multi-Pass Packages are only used when booking yoga classes. Multi-Pass codes expire after 1 year from the time of purchase and cannot be used in combination with other promotions or discounts. When a Multi-Pass balance reaches zero or expires, whichever occurs first, the Multi-Pass code will no longer be valid for use. Multi-Pass packages are non-refundable. The balance of a partially used Multi-Pass package cannot be exchanged for money.
Refunds and Credits
We will provide a refund or credit when a yoga class is cancelled prior to the 2 hour limit. However, a refund or credit cannot be provided after the cancellation window closes.
Liability Waiver and Release
Acknowledgement of Risks: Customer understands that participating in yoga classes, workshops, or other activities offered by Sanare involves physical exertion and carries inherent risks, including but not limited to, strains, sprains, fractures, dislocations, and other injuries. Customer is fully aware of these risks and accept them voluntarily.
Medical Condition: Customer represents and warrants that he or she is in good health and physically fit to participate in yoga classes, workshops, or other activities offered by Sanare. Customer is aware of any medical conditions that may affect their ability to participate safely and will inform the instructor of any such conditions before participating in any class or activity. Customer understands that it is their responsibility to consult with a physician before participating in any yoga classes, workshops, or other activities if he or she has any concerns about their health or fitness.
Release of Liability: In consideration of being permitted to participate in yoga classes, workshops, or other activities offered by Sanare, customer hereby releases, waives, discharges, and covenants not to sue Sanare, its instructors, employees, representatives, volunteers, and agents from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any injury, damage, or loss that customer may sustain while participating in yoga classes, workshops, or other activities, whether such injury, damage, or loss is caused by the negligence of Sanare, its instructors, employees, representatives, volunteers, and agents, or otherwise.
Assumption of Risk: Customer understands that he or she is participating in yoga classes, workshops, or other activities at their own risk and that Sanare is not responsible for any injury, damage, or loss that customer may sustain while participating.
Entire Agreement: This waiver constitutes the entire agreement between customer and Sanare regarding their participation in yoga classes, workshops, or other activities, and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written.
Governing Law: This waiver shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina.
